Use this service to request assistance with Proofpoint spam filter, including but not limited to:

  • Blocking spam and/or senders
  • Help with "End User Digest messages
  • Receiving "forbidden" error
  • Unblock senders
  • Others (please describe)

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

Our spam filter, Proofpoint, evaluates incoming e-mail messages to determine if they are spam (unsolicited e-mail). If the software determines the message to be spam, that message is quarantined and eventually deleted.

Spam filtering is on by default for all new e-mail accounts.
