Overview
One weekend per month is typically designated for extended maintenance on Banner, as well as on DuckWeb, AppWorx, DuckDocs, IDR (Cognos), and Duck ID.
Extended downtime during Banner maintenance weekends will only occur when needed. Information Services will communicate to users of any affected services before such maintenance.
