How do I approve a Business Application Access Request?
Solution
If there is a Business Application request that requires your approval, you will receive an email with the subject UO Service Portal ticket: Approval Requested - Business application account access.
To approve the request, click on Approve or reject this workflow step

If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to login.
Click either the Approve or Reject Service Request button.

Include any comments needed, and click Save

You will see a confirmation screen stating that the step was approved.

The approval is complete. You can close your browser window.
