How to Approve an Access Request


How do I approve a Business Application Access Request?


If there is a Business Application request that requries your approval, you will receive an email with the subject "UO Service Portal ticket: Approval Requested - Business application account access."

To approve the request, click on "Approve or reject this workflow step"

If you are not already logged in, you will be promted to login.

Click either the "Approve" or "Reject" button.

Include any comments needed, and click "Save"

You will see a confirmation screen stating that the step was approved.

The approval is complete.  You can close your browser window.
