How to Fix UO Secure Connectivity Issues using UO WiFi Setup (Android)

Overview

If your login information is correct, your device is updated, and you've tried most of the basic troubleshooting methods to fix the issue with UO Secure, and the issue is still not resolved, then this article may be of help in fixing the issue by resetting the certificate for UO Secure.

Solution

Step 1: Forget UO Secure Network

1. Go to your Apps, then select Settings
2. Select Network & internet, then select Wi-Fi
3. Click on UO Secure which should bring up the network details
4. Click on the blue Forget option
