How to View and Modify Report Schedules in Cognos Analytics 11

Overview

This article will provide instructions on viewing and modifying report schedules in Cognos Analytics 11.

Information

1. Login to Cognos and click on the Personal menu. Select My schedules and subscriptions.
2. Review your schedules. To modify a schedule, hover your mouse over the report row and the More menu button will appear to the right of the Priority column.
3. Select the Modify this schedule item.
   
4. Select your schedule by clicking on the arrow to the right. Adjust your schedule and select Update.
