OneDrive not syncing on Mac

Issue

Files in the local OneDrive folder do not match the files shown in the online app. New files or folders added to the OneDrive folder on the local computer do not get reflected in the online app and vice versa.

UO-managed Mac laptop

Description

my desktop is not fully syncing with OneDrive- can someone please help?

Resolution

Unlinking OneDrive from the local device and subsequently re-linking it can fix this issue.
