Issue
Zotero will not launch after updating to version 8.

Description
UO keeps trying to update my Zotero software, but the upgrade kills functionality and so I have to reinstall the older version each time. I am writing a grant and must have functional Zotero.
Resolution
The Word plug-in file may sometimes fail to update alongside the application and break startup behavior. Re-installing both the app and the plug-in should create a clean slate.
- Uninstall the .dotm file (the Word plug-in file) from the Word startup folder in Library by dragging it to the Trash.
- Uninstall Zotero by dragging the app from the Applications folder to the Trash. Empty the Trash.
- Re-install Zotero from Software Center and then the Word plug-in if it does not re-install automatically.
