How to Create a Ticket

To request support, click Request a Print and provide the requested information

• The x, y, z dimensions (in mm) and fill rate.
• A .stl file of the model. 
• When do you need the print by?

Availability and Access

Service Levels

• Turnaround time on email communication is typically 48-72 hours.
• Turnaround time on 3D printing requests is based on the size and complexity of the model involved. Each user will receive a unique estimate per request.

Service Charges

• 3D printing costs 25 cents per gram of material used.
• Once you submit a print request, we will create an estimate using the dimensions and fill rate provided. 
• You can pay with Duck Bucks or use a campus index. Duck Bucks payments are done at the Allan Price Science Commons and Research Library.
