Use this Service to request TeamDynamix Technician or ITSM Training.
Training will be scheduled for one hour and will be "hands-on."
How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Submit Training Request and provide:
- The person requesting the training (may be different than the ticket creator)
- Type of training (you can choose more than one)
- TeamDynamix Technician (for the user that actively works tickets)
- ITIL/ITSM (for the general information of ITIL guidance and ITSM best practices)
- Other (for other topics such as service catalog or knowledge base creation-we may not be able to support all "other" training requests.)
- Desired training date
- How many personal will attend training?
- List of participants
Availability and Access
Information Systems or UO Staff that use TeamDynamix for ticketing.
You can expect the training to be scheduled within two business days of submitting the request.
Training participants need to have access to TeamDynamix with:
- Technician or Student Technician License
- Access to the following applications:
- TDNext
- Knowledge Base
- My Work
- Services
- Ticket Requests
- Tickets
- Be assigned to at least one ticketing group.
- Bring a computer to the training (if available)
