How to Request Access
To request support, click Request Access (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- Who are you requesting access for?
- Which DuckID should access be assigned?
- Do any of the users covered by this request have a student affiliation?
- Sponsor for this request (if student affiliated)
- Research area?
- Need Date
Availability and Access
Note:
- Students (other than GEs), Campus Associate, Courtesy, Emerit, Student Employee, Temporary Employee, Trustee users are no longer granted Dropbox access by default. In order to be eligible for an exception , users must present specific research or academic needs that cannot be met by substitution of another available tool.
- Users who are not eligible for Dropbox can use this form to request access. Please note that approval of exception requests is on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.
- Requestors must have a current University of Oregon affiliation and current research or academic need. Requests for student access must be submitted by a staff or faculty sponsor.
You can expect a response to your request within 14 business days
