How to Request Phone
To request support click Request Phone (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Note: You can request multiple types of phone on the same request.
- Phone type (elevator, call station, landing phone)
- One time cost index
- Monthly charge index
- If elevator phone
- location(s) of elevator panel(s)
- jack number of panels (corresponding to the panel locations)
- If call station
- number of new exterior call stations
- jack number(s) of external locations
- if elevator landing
- location of interior call station(s)
- jack number(s) of internal locations
- Description/additional information
