- Department-specific software acquisition
How to Request Support
To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- New staff member DuckID
- Type of support
- Department Folder Access
- Department Email Distribution List
- New hardware
- Software purchase request
- Existing site-licensed software
- New, non-site licensed software
- Other (please describe)
- Will new hardware or software, need to be purchased?
- If new hardware or software, then provide a cost index
- Describe the hardware/software that is required
- Location and room of the staff member (if they are on campus)
- Due Date
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours
Staff who are members of a USS-supported regional office.
