UO Faculty and Staff use this service to request a Cisco Unity voicemail mailbox.
Please use this form to submit a request to change the assigned account for an existing mailbox.
How to Request a Mailbox
To request support click Request Mailbox (top right of the page) and provide:
- The requester's name (may be different than the person submitting the request)
- The duck id of the account assigned to the mailbox. Note: The account must be on the UOmail email system.
- The phone number that is being assigned a mailbox
Availability and Access
There can only be one account assigned to a mailbox. The account can only be assigned to one mailbox.
You can expect a response to your request within six business hours.
Please note that it may take up to two business days for the request to be processed.
