Cisco Unity Voicemail Request

UO Faculty and Staff use this service to request a Cisco Unity Voicemail mailbox.

How to Request a Mailbox

To request support click Request Mailbox (top right of the page) and provide:

1. The requester's name (may be different than the person submitting the request)
2. The Duck ID of the account assigned to the mailbox. Note: The account must be on the UOmail email system.
3. The phone number

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within six business hours.

Please note that it may take up to two business days for the request to be processed.
