Psychology faculty and staff use this service to submit requests to submit request for additions/removal to the Team Duckling database, or for other changes to the database or reports.
Note:Team Duckling database is NOT maintained by Psychology Technical Services, and we are assisting you to create a ticket with the Website Development Team.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
For fields in the form that are italicized, please enter the information shown in bold
- Title, short descriptive statement describing your request.
- Your affiliation
- Your are requesting help with an existing website
- The type of webpage is Other.
- URL: Team Duckling
- What type of request you are making:
- Add new users
- Remove users
- Other (please explain)
- Detailed description of your request - Be sure to include "for Team Duckling" and your affiliation to Psychology
