Team Duckling Database Support

Psychology faculty and staff use this service to submit requests to submit request for additions/removal to the Team Duckling database, or for other changes to the database or reports.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

For fields in the form that are italicized, please enter the information shown in bold

  1. Title, short descriptive statement describing your request.
  2. Your affiliation
  3. Your are requesting help with an existing website
  4. The type of webpage is Other.
  5. URL: Team Duckling
  6. What type of request you are making:
    1. Add new users
    2. Remove users
    3. Other (please explain)
  7. Detailed description of your request -  Be sure to include "for Team Duckling" and your affiliation to Psychology

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
