Data Science Group Faculty use this service to request support for JupyterHub including, but not limited to:
- Request a new instance
- Modify an existing instance (add/remove participants)
- Report a problem
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:
- Class Name
- Class CRN
- Term for the course
- Need date for completion
- If adding or removing participants, provide a list of participants (comma-separated list of duckIDs, or attached CSV files)
- A special needs for the instance, or details on the request.
Note: If you attach more than one file, ensure all the files are in the same directory/folder (you can add files after the ticket has been created).
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
