JupyterHub Support Request

Data Science Group Faculty use this service to request support for JupyterHub including, but not limited to:

  • Request a new instance
  • Modify an existing instance (add/remove participants)
  • Report a problem

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:

  1. Class Name
  2. Class CRN
  3. Term for the course
  4. Need date for completion
  5. If adding or removing participants, provide a list of participants (comma-separated list of duckIDs, or attached CSV files)
  6. A special needs for the instance, or details on the request.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
