How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Type of event (classroom instruction, special event, other)
- Title of class/event/class
- Date and time of the consultation.
- Date and time of the class/event
- Event duration
- Room/location
- Description
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
