How to Create a Ticket

To request support, click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  1. Type of event (classroom instruction, special event, other)
  2. Title of class/event/class
  3. Date and time of the consultation.
  4. Date and time of the class/event
  5. Event duration
  6. Room/location
  7. Description

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
