Availability and Access
Available to faculty, staff, and students.
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
We accept all requests, but software that does not have a free license that allows installation in an educational computer lab will need a funding source.
Some software is easy to install in a computer lab, and some software is difficult, based on tools the application publisher provides, the size of the application, licensing barriers, configurations that change the publisher's default options, and other factors. We recommend that you request software a minimum of 10 business days before it is needed in a computer lab. We will work with you to meet your targeted deadline, but we can't guarantee a short turnaround time. More specifically, requests that come in a week before the beginning of a term, or the first week of a term may not be available to students until the beginning of Week 3. We recommend that faculty and staff submit their requests for software for the following term before the end of the prior term.
