How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and state whether this is an:

  • Request access to the Mimsy application or to its image storage folders
  • Request a change to the application configuration
  • Issue report (something is broken)

Availability and Access

Available to approved art museum staff (JSMA).

You can expect that this service request to be completed in 1-5 business days, depending on the scope of the request.
