Accessing MyUO
Tip: If you get a "431 Bad Message" error or an "invalid username/password; login denied" error when trying to access MyUO, try again in a
private or incognito browser window or
clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Get oriented
- Quick tour: The first time you log in, you’ll be offered a brief tour of MyUO. In a few quick steps, you’ll learn the basics of navigating the platform.
- More tips: Visit the Welcome to MyUO card.
- Find your tasks: Choose View All Cards, then use the search field or browse by category (students, employees, etc.).
- Personalize: Save cards to your Home page to create a personalized dashboard.
