Issue
Four Winds freezing on one slide in the slide deck, but inconsistent about which slide it freezes on. Reboots to the content player temporarily fix the issue, but it consistently returns.

Hello,
I put in a ticket a couple of weeks ago about the monitor going blank randomly, which I did figure out how to resolve. This is a new issue - it's freezing on one slide until I reboot the player and then it runs normally for a bit and then at some point it gets stuck again, never on the same slide. Help would be appreciated!
Resolution
Note: This information is intended for Four Winds content managers.
The recommended file size for any single piece of Four Winds content (particularly pictures like PNG, PDF, or JPEG) is 10MB or less. Reducing file size by compressing or remaking the slide to below that threshold fixes this issue.
