Overview
This article is designed to guide content creators through the process of adding related services to a knowledge base article (KBA) in the UO Service Portal.
Process
Sign in to the UO Service Portal using your Duck ID username then search for the KBA you would like to edit.
Click the Edit Article icon then
Click on the Related Services tab found above the article editor
From there, you can search for the titles of other KBAs that are currently published within the service portal.
Once all of the related services have been added, you will see them listed on the screen. You can select the Display Request Service Button link to change it from No to Yes to link directly to the service form from the article.
It will take about five minutes for any related services to appear within the Related Services pane of the article.
