UO Faculty and Staff use this service to request access or removal to the IS NetDot IP Management System.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- Duck ID of the person who needs access/removal.
- What subnet to add, or remove access to.
- Does the requester want training?
- Detailed description/justification for the request.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
