Symplectic Elements Support Request

Use this service to request support for the UO Symplectic Elements application including, but not limited to:

  • Request access
  • Remove access
  • Locked data needs correction
  • I have a question (e.g. how do I...)
  • I have a problem (e.g. something doesn't work)
  • Workflow change or update request
  • Other (please describe)

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access

UO faculty, staff, and student employees.

Go to Symplectic Elements Login to access the application.
