How to Request Removal

To request support click Remove Phone (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

  1. Type of phone (elevator, call station, elevator landing)
  2. Will NTS need to remove the phone, or will another party do that?
    1. Index to be charged
  3. Will NTS need to remove the cabling?
    1. Index to be charged
  4. Start date for the removal
  5. End date for the removal
  6. Description/additional information
