How to Submit a Work Order

To request support, click Submit Work Order (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

  5. Type of Issue
  6. Description of Issue
  7. Any Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken

Availability and Access

EMU Facilities Business Hours: M-F 6:30am - 3:30pm

You can expect a response to your request within six business hours.
