Technology Training Request

The IS Training Service is available to the campus community to assist in effective engagement with software and devices. It comes in a variety of options:

  • Instructor-led training and consultation for individuals and groups; in-person and remote
  • UO Service Portal knowledge base articles
  • Comprehensive learning programs
  • TeamDynamix/ITSM Training

How to request training services

To request service from IS Training, click Create a Ticket (top-right of the page) and provide information for:

  • The type of training you would like (individual, group, in-person, remote)
  • Available dates for you or your group
  • List of participants

Availability and Access

IS Training is available to all UO employees in-person or remotely.

If your individual school, college, institute, or department offers a unique service to your immediate community, consult with their websites for specific information on what devices and equipment training may be available.

You may also consult the UO Human Resources website to view their training opportunities MyTrack or through LinkedIn Learning (requires a free LinkedIn account).
