- Allen Hall
- Oregon Hall
- Computing Center
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Availability and Access
Data center access is limited. Approval is required to come from the Authorized Access Sponsor via a ticket request. The eligible UO groups are :
- VPFA Departments and Staff
- Data Center access for staff must be requested by the responsible Director or Associate Director.
- Examples include Information Service staff, Campus Planning and Facility Management staff, UO Police, Safety Risk Services, or approved Life Safety vendors.
- extended 7/24 access may be approved for those responsible for maintaining data center infrastructure or with a life safety requirement
- UO Colocation MOU holders
- Research and Academic staff
- MOU signatory must submit the request for all new access.
- Requests may not originate from the Primary Technical Contact
- Approval is required before access will be granted. All individuals shall complete an in-person data center safety training and orientation for each facility prior to accessing that facility. Access at Computing Center data center and Allen Hall data center shall be provisioned for weekdays, normal business hours.
