University supervisors, use this service to request setup and support help for assistive software and technology for university employees.

How to Request Support

To request support, click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access

This service is part of the overarching Workplace Accommodation Process. Approval from ADA Workplace is required.

Service is available for UO employees.

The UO currently has software licensing for Fusion, which includes applications such as JAWS and ZoomText for assistance with screen and text enlargement. Other applications and hardware may require a purchasing request ticket as well. 

You can expect that this service be completed in five business days.
