Purpose

This article explains how to download, install, and set up Microsoft Teams in iOS.

Please Note: If your device is managed by your IT department, please speak with them before installing Teams.

Information

  1. Open the App Store app on your iOS device.

  2. Select the Search button from the menu in the lower right corner.

  3. Search for Microsoft Teams.

  4. The first result should be Microsoft Teams. Tap GET or the iCloud icon to begin downloading the app. (The icloud icon will appear if you have ever downloaded Teams on any device connected to your iCloud account.)

  5. It should now download onto your device's home screen.

  6. When it is finished downloading, open it and sign in with your full UO email and Duck ID password. That's it! Microsoft Teams is now installed on your device.
