Overview

Learn how to access Scheduling Poll, an Outlook feature that allows you to quickly find a time to meet with others.

Scheduling Poll (formerly known as FindTime) helps you pinpoint times to meet by looking at available free/busy data for your attendees as well as creating a poll where attendees can vote on the times you suggest, and even suggest new times themselves.

Information

Requirements

  • Scheduling Poll is available to all licensed UO Office 365 users.
  • To schedule a meeting with Scheduling Poll, the organizer's email account must be on the UOmail system.
  • Meeting invitees don't need to be on UOmail. All you need to vote on meeting preferences is a web browser.
