How to Fix UO Secure Connectivity Issues Using UO Wi-Fi Setup (iOS)

Overview

If you're unable to connect to UO Secure, and you've confirmed your login information is correct, your iOS device is updated, and you've tried any known troubleshooting steps, follow the steps in this article to fix the issue (in most cases).

Step 1: Remove the UO Secure certificate

  1. Open Settings and tap on VPN & Device Management
  2. Go to Configuration Profile section and select the University of Oregon UO Secure certificate

  3. This will open the Profile screen. Select Remove Profile.

Step 2: Reconfigure UO Secure certificate

  1. Go to Set up UO Secure.
  2. Sign in with your full UO email address and password and tap the button JoinNow.
