How do connect to UO Secure on my iOS Devices (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad)?
Solution
Connecting to UO Secure with UO Wi-Fi Setup
Forget the UO Secure network if you've connected in the past. If you've never connected to UO Secure before, feel free to skip to Step 2.
- Open Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Select the blue information icon next to UO Secure.
- Turn off Auto-Join.

- Go back to the Wi-Fi page and toggle the Wi-Fi from On to Off, and then back to On again. You'll want to disconnect from UO Secure and reconnect.

Step 2: Connect to UO Wi-Fi Setup
- Connect to UO Wi-Fi Setup.
- A browser should open up automatically and redirect you to a page detecting your operating system.
- Enter your Duck ID.
- Select JoinNow.

- A pop-up will appear, reading: "This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?"
- Open Settings.
- Go to the new Profile Downloaded tab, on the left.
- A pop-up will appear, reading Install Profile.
- Select Install.

- Enter your iOS device's passcode.
- Select Done.
- Select Install.
- A pop-up will appear, reading Enter Password.
- Enter your Duck ID password.
- Select Done.
Step 3: Connect to UO Secure
- Open Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Under Choose a Network..., select UO Secure from the list of available networks.
- Select the blue information icon next to UO Wi-Fi Setup.
- Select Forget This Network.
- This is to prevent UO Wi-Fi Setup from auto-connecting.
- Now you're connected to UO Secure!
