Overview
This article is designed to guide university-affiliated persons through the process of configuring their University of Oregon email account with the Outlook for iOS application for iPhone and Apple Mobile Devices.
Procedure
- Download and install the Outlook app from the App Store.
- Open the Outlook app.
- If you have a mail account already on Outlook, tap the gear at the bottom and tap Add Mail Account, then Add Email Account.
- Enter in your full email address and tap Add Account.
- In the Password prompt, enter the password for your UO email account and tap Sign In.
- If this is your first account added in Outlook:
- If you would like to add another account, you may do so, otherwise you can tap Maybe Later.
- You'll be taken through a tour, and then brought to your inbox.
- That's it! Send a test message to yourself to verify that it's working.
To update your password:
If the app asks you to update your password, fill in the prompt.
