Overview
Use these instructions if you've been notified by text or email by us that your password has been reset by UO IT staff due to a security concern.
If you've forgotten your password please see Change or Reset Your Duck ID Password.
How to recover your account
- Go to Duck ID Account Management and select Manage Your Duck ID
- Enter your Duck ID and last known password
- You will automatically be led through the recovery process.
- You must:
- Answer your security questions
- Complete two factor verification
- Accept the UO Computer and Network Use Policy
- Reset your password
- Once those steps are complete, your account has been recovered, and you can Logout
- If you are unable to complete these steps, or are still having trouble using your account, please contact the Technology Service Desk for assistance
