  • Requesting a higher daily email send limit

How to Request Limit Exception

To request support click Request Exception (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

  • What is the highest volume of messages you need to send in a day?
  • Description of the mass email
  • Sending address, if different than your Duck ID (for example if you are sending via a departmental or role account)
  • List any accounts that may use delegate permission to send as the sending address

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 1 business day.
