All users may request digital reproductions of items in UO Libraries' Special Collection and University Archives (SCUA) by completing this request form. Please note our normal turn-around time for digitization orders is 6 weeks from the date of payment. Rush orders take 1-2 weeks after payment is received. A 50% surcharge will be added to the total invoice.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Request Reproduction (top right of the page) and provide the requested information. Including:
- Affirm allowable uses
- Type of material
- How will files be delivered
- Agree to terms and fees
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 16 business hours.
