Overview
This guide will provide instructions for adding members to groups, as well as removing members from groups using UOmail.
Instructions
- Login to UOmail
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Options.
- Select Groups from the navigation menu to the left of the page.
- In the list under the heading Distribution groups I own click on the name of the group to which you would like to add members and click the pencil (edit) icon above the list of groups.
- A new window will appear with a menu down the right side. Click the menu item labeled Membership
- Click the + icon under the Members: heading.
- A new window will load with a list of all available users on the left and an informational pane on the right.
- Use the search bar at the top of this page to find new members for your group.
- When you have located the correct new member, click the + icon to the right of the member’s name in the pane on the left. This will add the selected user to the current distribution list.
- If you accidentally add an incorrect member, right-click on the name of the member and select Remove.
- When you are satisfied with your list, select OK. This will save all changes that you have made.
