Introduction

To connect to eduroam from a Chromebook, follow the steps below.

Overview

Configuration

First, your device needs to be configured to connect to eduroam.

See Configuring UO Secure (ChromeOS) for more details. The certificate installer works for both eduroam and UO Secure.

Once configured

  1. Click the time in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Select the Wi-Fi icon.
    • This will open Network Settings.
  3. Select eduroam from the list of available networks.
  4. Select Connect.

Wait about five seconds for your computer to make the connection. You should then see in the bottom right menu that you're connected to eduroam.
