Issue
When logging onto UO VPN, the following error message is displayed:
Page access not allowed, Your Duo account does not have access to this application.
Cause
This error can be the result of an ad-block application.
Resolution
There are various ad-blocking extensions that can cause this error. The best method of resolving this is to pause the ad-blocking extension when logging onto UO VPN.
Please consult your extension's documentation for instructions for pausing your ad-blocking extension.
