How to Share

  1. In the Power BI Service, open the report or dashboard you want to share.
  2. Click the Share button.

  3. The default option is People in your organization. Do not use this option if your report exposes sensitive data. Click the People in your organization option to bring up the audience selection dialog.​​​​​​​

  4. Select the appropriate audience
