Clearing the Browser Cache

Modern web browsers cache web page resources to enhance browsing efficiency and speed. Overtime, cache and cookie data can accumulate in request headers used to request web resources and can cause issues with logging in to some web applications. Overall, clearing the cache has minimal impact on the browsing experience.

For step-by-step guidance, please consult the Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies article.

Using a Different Browser

Web browsers may display web content with slight variations. Additionally, each browser maintains its own cache. If you encounter errors when logging in to DuckDocs (OnBase), consider trying a different browser as a work around.

Using Privacy Mode

Privacy mode (or incognito mode) uses a separate browsing cache from normal browsing mode. Switching to private browsing mode can reduce the amount of information being sent to the web application and thus avoid passing a long request header.
