Access Your Papercut Account

Overview 

From your PaperCut user account, you can view the following:

• transaction history
• recent print jobs
• recently released print jobs

Process

This process will only work for PaperCut User Accounts and should not be used for PaperCut Departmental Accounts.

1. Login to UO PaperCut Portal with your Duck ID and password.
2. To view your transaction history, click on Transaction History on the left hand side of the screen.
3. To view your recent print jobs, click on Recent Print Jobs on the left hand side of the screen.
4. To view your print jobs waiting for release, click on Recent Print Jobs Pending Release on the left hand side of the screen.
