Issue
Option of Who can fill out this form has Anyone can respond greyed out while building a Microsoft Form.

Description
I am making a Microsoft Form and I want to make it so all students inside and outside of our organization can answer but it is not allowing me. It is only allowing students with the UO organization to answer. Is this something you can help me with? Please, thank you!
Resolution
In Microsoft Forms, if any question allows the user to upload a file, it will not allow the Form to be shared with anyone lacking UO credentials, primarily for security purposes.
In order to have the Anyone can respond option made available, you need to remove the question allowing file uploads.
Once the file upload question is removed:
- Go to the upper-right corner of the form under the three dots icon, select Settings.
- Select the Who can fill out this form.
