Overview
Learn how to forward and download voicemail messages received through Microsoft Teams calling. The process can't be done in Teams itself, but rather must be done through email.
Forwarding via email
Once a voicemail message is recorded, the transcript and audio file are sent to your email as a message.
Please Note: The example below is using Outlook on the web.
To forward the voicemail to another colleague, select Forward then enter the recipients to whom you wish to send the message.

Downloading the audio file
To download the audio file of the message, select the More Options icon.

Select Download to download the file to your computer's file system.
