Presenting PowerPoint files in Microsoft Teams

This article will guide you through presenting PowerPoint presentation files using Microsoft Teams. Files need to be saved in OneDrive or SharePoint and you must have the latest version of Microsoft Teams.

Process

Office 365 (Windows and Mac)

1. Join a Teams meeting or call
2. Open your presentation in PowerPoint
3. Click Present in Teams in the upper-right corner

Web

1. Join a Teams meeting or call
2. Open your presentation in PowerPoint
3. Select the down arrow next to Present in the upper-right corner
4. Select Present in Teams
