Overview
This article will guide you through presenting PowerPoint files using Microsoft Teams through Office 365 (for Windows and Mac), and through the web application.
Process
Office 365 (Windows and Mac)
Note: For this to work, your PowerPoint presentation needs to be saved to OneDrive or SharePoint and you must have the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed.
- Join a Teams meeting or call
- Open your presentation in PowerPoint
- Click Present in Teams in the upper-right corner
Web
- Join a Teams meeting or call
- Open your presentation in PowerPoint
- Select the down arrow next to Present in the upper-right corner
- Select Present in Teams
