Special Concepts
- The UO Service Portal (UOSP) Operations team has created a set of pre-defined Desktop Templates that have been assigned to you according to your user role and assigned group.
- Assigned Desktops contain reports that are required by the UOSP Operations Team and IT Leadership.
- You are free to re-arrange the desktop and add custom reports, BUT you cannot delete the pre-defined reports.
- Any modifications to the main Desktop Template are not pushed out to users of the desktop. As a result, when the TDX Administrators modify the Desktop Templates you will be asked to go into the Desktop Application in TeamDynamix and delete the old Desktop Template.
- If you do not delete the deployed Desktop you will have two desktops with the same name in the list.
