Use this service to request support for Endpoint Protection, including but not limited to:
- IT Staff only
- Checking in software
- Deployment or permissions issues
- Temporarily disable Defender for Endpoint on a client for troubleshooting.
- Create a new rule exception for Defender for Endpoint.
- Other (please describe)
How to Request Support
To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- Title, a short phrase describing your request
- Affiliation (Faculty, staff, student, or IT Staff)
- If IT Staff select the specific request
- Temporarily disable Defender for Endpoint on a client for troubleshooting.
- Create a new rule exception for Defender for Endpoint.
Availability and Access
Current faculty, staff, and students have access to McAfee.
