Data Center Help for Existing Non-UO Tenants

This services is for public tenants not affiliated with the University of Oregon who have equipment in one of the data centers located on campus. Requests will be routed to the Information Services Data Center Operations team, including but no limited to:

  • New fiber
  • Cabling access
  • Changes to existing equipment
  • Report a problem with data center equipment

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:

  • Title (short description of the request)
  • Company name
  • Detailed description of the request
