Service Description

This service is to allow SAIT supported departments schedule a time for an SAIT Technician to come and help setup a new or used computer, laptop, tablet or printer. For previously used computers, we can either re-image them or simply move them to a new desired location. Note: SAIT strongly encourages departments to allow us to re-image a computer if a computer is being transferred to a new employee.

Examples include:

  • An employee has left the department and the computer should be prepared for a new staff person
  • An employee is moving offices 
  • A shared computer is running slowly and needs to be reimaged or reset

Service Levels

SAIT will make every effort to meet your scheduling requirements, if they are communicated in advance. Our busines hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday, excluding UO Holidays.  If you are planning a big move project, please contact us directly by phone at 541-346-1130.
