Service Description

Fusion is the recreation management software of the Physical Education and Recreation department and is used by the Student Rec Center. It is used for membership and access control as well as equipment checkout, scheduling and more. 

For assistance with installing Fusion or any technical issues with Fusion, including issues with turnstiles, card scanners, hand scanners or other peripherals - please use the Request Help button.

Available To

UO Employees with business need and security roles assigned by Fusion system administrators or authorized direct supervisors. 


Basic training is needed depending on the level of use. Student access, depending on position, is managed by the direct supervisor where they are assigned a security role based on their position. 

Accessing the Service

The software is installed directly on authorized user computers.  Software installation can only be done on university owned devices for the user who will be accessing Fusion.

Service Levels

Fusion is available during business hours of the Student Recreation Center.  Excluding scheduled maintenance periods.

To report an outage, please use this Service Outage form.

Service Charges

There are no additional charges for the use of this service.
